You need to call Maggie Hatfield if you want to buy or sell. I will not have enough room in this post to put all the great things about Maggie. She is the only reason we own a house in a very high demand portion of beautiful Ashburn, VA. She was on top of all of the new listings & therefore we were the first ones to get in to view the property. She worked with us & also one on one with the sellers & we won the bid. She has since stayed in touch not only as a real estate professional but as a really great friend. Maggie will be the only one we will call whenever we buy or sell again.

We recently purchased an investment property through Maggie. She was very patient through our extended search and handled all our questions incredibly quickly. When it came time to make the offer and buy, she moved incredibly quickly, getting everything done quickly on our end. While I'm not a first time homeowner, it was the first time I'd gone through the process of buying a home and it wasn't a prospect I relished AT.ALL.
